What do I need to get started?
A Nievar-supported GPS device, claimed onto an existing account by its ID. New sign-ups are closed right now, so speak to us before buying hardware.
Can I bring my whole team?
Yes, on the Fleet tier. Invite team members and assign what each of them can see. Organize devices and people into branches, and narrow each member to the branches they work in — what they can see follows that assignment everywhere in the product.
Does it work in the field?
The field app installs to the home screen on a phone or tablet, built for sites where the signal comes and goes. Out there it carries the day’s dispatches, service requests, equipment requests and inventory scanning.
Where does the tracking data come from?
From Nievar’s own GPS decoding backend, over a live connection — there is no third-party tracking portal in the middle of your data.
